How long it will take to have my Personalized Puzzle done?
Personalized Puzzles are done and delivered in 7 to 10 days.
What is the quality of the puzzles?
Personalized Puzle are manufactured with very high quality materials, in as much as the carton itself ( classic green carton of 0.8 inches thick)as it is the impression (digital of more than 2400ppp).
Can I frame the puzzle once done?
Once the puzle is done, if you like you may frame it, but we suggest that you do not use glue, especially at the front , as digital inks are sensitive to spoliage in touch with glue. You may use glue on the reverse size, green carton, although we mostly recomend that the framing be done without glue and just by placing a crystal at the front and small carton wood in the back.
What happen if the picture is too elongated or on the contrary almost a perfect square? which size of the phote may be cut?
If the picture is extremely elongated, the long size will be cut, loossing some of the original form. Example- If your picture is 3.9 x 5.9 inches and you want to make a Personalized Puzzle of 560 pieces, (which measures 20.1 x 14.2 inches), you will apply this formula to find out how much of the picture would need to be cut Take the longest size of the picture ( 5.9 inches) then you have to substract this number from the final result of this formula: (3.9 times 20.1 divided by 14.2) equals 5.52 minus 5.9 equal 3.8 inches to be cut.
On the contrary, if the picture is small square, the picture will be cut on the short side.To find out how much it will be cut, you must apply this formula: If the picure is 3.9 by 4.3 inches, and you want to make a puzzle of 289 pieces, (14.2 by 10 inches puzzle) you have to take the longest size of the picture 4.3 inches, and you have to substract from this number the resilt of this operation: short size of the picture multiply by the longest size of the puzzle 14.2 inches divided by the shortest sizr of the puzzle 10 inches (formula 4.3 - (3.9 X 14.2 / 10), equals 1.2 inches.so the original picue of 3.9 by 4.3 will be reduced to 2.7 by 4.3 inches. We will naturally always maintain the main object or object in the picure well centered.
Can we make a Personalized Puzzle from any photo or image?
Yes, as long as it is not under any copyright restriction. What do we mean by that?: Well, there are public figures, pieces of art, or images that can not be reproduced without the writting consent of the person, or the entity to which these objects belong to..
How an I find out if my order request for a puzzle has been received correctly?
If you send your order request with the corresponding photo via regular mail, we will confirm it, as long as you so requested and send us your eamil address or a telephone number to each we can respond.
If you have send it by email, with the image attachment in jpg format, we will confirm it to you via email. In case your confirmation is not received, we suggest you resend it as it may have been a result of an error.
