The freelance artist Hans Nordmann was born in 1940. After his studies of graphic design and visual communication he worked for many years in the field of marketing and advertising before he concentrated entirely on painting. Whether one looks at his impressive landscapes or his remarkable still lifes – all his pictures show the emotionally experienced aesthetics of the motif. The artist, whose exhibits in Hamburg, Berlin and London, amongst other cities, are very successful, prefers the techniques of watercolors, chalk drawing and acrylic colors and keeps surprising art lovers with the expressiveness of his colors.
