Having been born and grown up in Berlin, Peter Bradtke has remained true to his preference for the big cities of this world. This is reflected both in his motifs and in the different phases of his artistic career. Graphic art studies in Hamburg were followed by a studio in New York and numerous individual and joint exhibitions from Munich to Chicago. Bradtke impresses with his city paintings in oil, capturing moments of quite normal metropolitan life and turning them into highlights. Neon, headlights, buildings in the glow of the night. Iridescent works, which have already brought him major art awards.
